Hi everyone! My name is Hannah, I am the small business owner of BY.KITARA

My business started in March 2020 in Cannon Hill, Brisbane, in 2021 the business then moved to Kedron, North of Brisbane’s CBD.

BY.KITARA originally opened with only 5 products (3 of these are our signature range), from then the business grew, and now BY.KITARA has over 20 products including a huge range of molded candles and diffusers.

All of our candles and creations are handcrafted and made with love in Brisbane, Australia.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

As all of our products are made to order, please allow 10 - 14 business days for your order to be processed. Posted orders are typically sent on Saturdays. Once an order has been posted, tracking information (if applicable) will be sent out to you.

Shipping is available AUSTRALIA wide, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this stage due to products being damaged during transit

REFUND POLICY

Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage/shipping costs.

Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg. used items. Please note, not liking the scent you selected is not considered a valid reason for a refund. However, we may be able to offer local exchange (BRISBANE area) on occasion.
